I have a small scar on my nose and called to make an appointment. I was very specific about the reason for my visit when I called and scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival, the person that met with me was new to the establishment (a few weeks in) and told me the individual that does chemical peels and laser treatment was not in. I needed to make an appointment (pay another $50 fee) to come back for a consultation to determine if they could even help me. While there we also discussed my hormonal breakouts. Three separate prescriptions were called into my pharmacy and I was told to me 3 future treatment appts for acne, all of which I'd have to pay a fee for. I canceled all three shortly after because no one was addressing the scar and my primary reason for visiting. Waste of money and time.
