The actual apartment was fine. I very much liked living here, however it is all cancelled out when you have to speak to anyone in the office/managment about anything! They are truly the rudest, and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Specifically if you are trying to deal with your security deposit, the only person you can speak to about it is Lena who works about 3 hrs a day, doesn't respond to voice messages and when you actually do speak to her, has the most foul attitude. It's a shame the management staff is so unhappy or else this would be a very decent place to live.
