Mi Tierrita

*THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT* VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! I ordered breaded FISH with my meal and went to pick it up while on break. When I get back to my office I notice they gave me breaded STEAK! I called and very politely explained that they messed my order up and I would like a reimbursement since I cannot leave work again until my shift is over (at which point I will drop the steak they gave me off in exchange for my reimbursement & just go home and eat my own food). FIRST, they tell me I ordered steak, not fish (I do NOT eat meat). SECOND they tell me they won’t reimburse me but I can come pick up fish when my shift is over. NO. I want to be reimbursed for paying $15.45 for a meal I didn’t even order. They put me on hold for about 20 minutes then a male who isn’t the manager yet claimed to be (I know the staff well) told me he will not reimburse me and if I won’t come pick the correct order up after work then there’s nothing he can do. I will NEVER go there or order from them again.
