They told my daughter that her military orders didn't matter because her husband was dead. There is nothing in the lease agreement about keeping the security deposit yet my daughter was told before even any inspection that they were going to keep it. I suspect that they have illegally taken security deposits from many unknowing people. In addition to that, properties are not maintained, repairs are not completed if started at all, calls are not returned. Do not rent from these people. You will regret it.
