Dent Neurologic Institute

I had a sleep study here at the Sleep Disorder Center at DENT Orchard Park. By the looks of the outside and the office lobby, things looked clean. The actual room where the sleep study takes place was not clean; it was dirty. There was old french fries on the floor, a dirty used latex glove, a used tissue, dust everywhere. the small bed was supported by pieces of wood. The "pull out sofa" where your spouse or partner sleeps was stained, broken (did not pull out), loaded with food and crumbs in the crevices. From the get go, the experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary. Really disappointed. Shame on you, DENT!
