Bank Street Auto & Truck

Jeff provided first class service. I damaged the frame on my vehicle, and got it in to Bank Street on a Friday night. Jeff stayed 2 hours after closing discussing insurance options and the damage to the vehicle. When the insurance adjustor wanted to look at it, Jeff made sure it could be done at the shop, on the lift, so the adjustor could properly assess it. My insurance did not cover a rental car, and he made arrangements for that too, on his behalf. He made me feel at ease about the whole process, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go there in the future.
