Hal is Fantastic! He is extremely versatile and creative. I have gone from dreading the gym to loving it in just two months time. He keeps every session fun till the very end, with everything from yoga and Pilates to boxing and lifting. He also brilliantly manages to stay away from the areas I dislike, replacing them with "activities" I actually enjoy.
