Pure Yoga East

A friend had a guest pass, so I came here for a hot yoga class. Wow! The locker room was huge with all the amenities necessary to get yourself cleaned up after the class (including towels and vanity items). The hot yoga room had all spots set up with nonslippery mats, a block and a towel. They also provided a wet towel to refresh yourself during the class. I've also heard they have 6 studios that continuously run classes all day. I really liked our teacher (Julia), she made the class very challenging but in a good way, without any pressure if you can't do certain poses (I can't do any arm balance exercises properly). The only issue is price. It's very expensive. Oh well, I'll stick to my local yoga studio where I can buy classes on the need basis.

Amazing, challenging barre class. The instructor was good and pushed all. The other people in the class seemed serious about their workout but good spirited as well. The facility was lovely--showers, towels, Kiel's lotion for face and body as well as nice shampoo and soaps in the very clean shower. I would love to go back here!
