I didn't get the opportunity to get my hair done. This review is not based on the stylist, it's based on my experience with the shop. I booked a appointment for the 2 bundle deal that was advertised on Instagram. When I arrived to the shop for my appointment. They did not have the type of hair I wanted installed. The guy went to the back several times to try to find hair and each time he came out the hair looked like it was pulled from the trash. It wasn't packaged nice, it didn't look fresh, or of good quality. Not to mention I wanted curly and they brought out a curly frontal with wavy hair smh! How would you advertise something you are not able to fulfill. I wasted 40 minutes there trying to find hair for a appointment that was made 2 days prior. When they finally found hair in the curl pattern I was looking for the hair was too long. Initially she was going to charge me more for the length but eventually agreed to charge the same. However, I wanted a shorter natural look and didn't want my hair to look choppy from being cut. I ended up buying a frontal that looked used and oily but because the lace wasn't cut I bought it. The quality of the hair was terrible and nappy. The frontal had no hairline at all it was a complete mess and waste of 168.00 I was really looking foward to having Anthony do my hair. He is the reason I went there. I wish I had known to just purchased my hair elsewhere and have him install it. My experience wasn't great at BSHA and the lace front was poor quality. I can't use it because it's nappy hair.
