Don't waste your time with this location. Went there for an issue I was having with my charger for a brand new Galaxy S7 edge. Explained to them my phone couldn't get me through a work day with minimal usage without having to be charged. Also told them the charger was loose in the port. They basically told me all this was normal and sent me on my way. Whatever I told them was the issue, they just dismissed it as "it's normal." Not courteous or helpful.
