HORRENDOUS! The ratings are so far off from what I experienced I felt I needed to add my own review. In fact, I seriously wonder if these aren't people they knew to add a review. First off... it is in one small room- with dress crammed in. Fine I can deal with that. However when we walk in the "helper person" (i put in quotes because she literally did nothing) is screaming at a customer on the phone telling them the dress order was their fault. Immediately besides the size of the store you notice how filthy it is- like never been vaccummed with crust on the floor. So we pulled our on dresses with no help or guidance since we were there. We literally had to squeeze into a storage area... filled with boxes and dresses thrown everywhere to try on the dresses. No racks to hang them on. Again the floor was so dirty my bridesmaids wouldn't even put their bags down on it. I will say they had good prices. 25% off 5 dresses. So I thought maybe I could put up with the bad conditions and just order the dresses there for the price. Since then I had the ultimate displeasure of talking to them on the phone and they were so rude and disorganized there is no way I could ever buy a dress there.

H and S Bridal is the best bridal experience in NYC is located in 34 street area.The best location ever.You would meet the most honest and sincere lady by the name of Anne who is the owner of this store.She gave me the most honest and best prices on my wedding gown.They also do beautiful tailoring service to my wedding gown.She made my dream wedding gown come true.If you want a honest and caring experience H and s bridal is the place i would recommend my future bride friends to go.Anne is amazing!
