Rite Aid

If I could give this Rite Aid Pharmacy zero stars, I would. This Rite Aid Pharmacy is the worst Rite Aid I have ever been to and I have been to a lot throughout the years. Out of all the problems this one has, the worst would have to be the fact that they never seem to receive my prescriptions after my doctor has sent it to them. If this only happened once or twice, I would blame it on an electronic error but this has happened FIVE times. Just the other day I waited in line for 30 minutes to get my prescription and after the long wait, I was told that they didn't receive it after I had called them earlier and was reassured that they did have it. Every other Rite Aid I go to receives my prescriptions with no problems, but this one always seems to have issues. That leads me to believe that the problem lies with the incompetent pharmacist rather than an electronic one. Please do yourself a favor and go to another Rite Aid.
