Dear TJ Maxx, I wasn't able to find an email address for customer suggestions but I hope you read this review because the customer service at this store is extremely poor. The checkout line is so long that the other day I thought I should start the stopwatch on my phone and it took 25 minutes of standing in line to make a $10 transaction. And that is by no means out of the ordinary. With those 25 minutes of my day I could have fit in a workout, gotten coffee with a friend or cooked a meal. Instead, those 25 minutes were spent holding my purchases and shuffling along inch by inch in the hot downstairs checkout line while being forced to listen to someone else's phone conversation and wondering why on earth had I come here again. This is the year 2018. Why don't you have self-checkout lanes? I could have rung up my own purchases in honestly I would estimate 45 seconds. Please do something to improve the checkout experience and stop torturing dedicated customers such as myself.
