Knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend this place. I ran into car trouble on the highway this week and pulled into the nearest service station, and was so lucky it was here. John was so kind and helpful. I thought there was just ice stuck in my tires so they defrosted my car for me. (didn't even charge me!) They took it a step above that and test drove my car after just to make sure the rattling had stopped. Thank god they did, it was still rattling and they found the strut had completely stripped away from the bolt- could have been very dangerous if not diagnosed properly. They power-washed my car, put it on the lift and talked me through the entire problem allowing me to take pictures and teaching me what was wrong- and didn't charge me a cent. They even held onto my keys for the tow truck to come and take it to my dealership. Both service men were the kindest people I've ever met and knew what they were doing. I can't thank them enough!
