Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent cars from Enterprise on Genesee Street on a regular basis for work travel [3-4 times a month]. Generally, I would say the experiences have been fair to modest. Over the past 18 months, I would say I have rented close to 50 times. During these rental experiences, I have rented cars with little to no gas, no window washing fluid [or very little], low engine oil or low air pressure in the tires. Vehicles have always been clean with no issues on the interior. I would say if you are going to rent a car, avoid Friday nights and Saturday afternoons and always make reservations ahead of time. Not only are you guaranteed a vehicle, but the farther you book it out, you get a better rate [unless you are under a corporate account which provides the same rate at all times]. It seems like every time I frequent the one specific location, they always have different people running the counter. Being a frequent traveler and renter, its good to build the relationship with the folks that work there because they know you and your preferences, however this is basically a remote obscurity because there are so many personnel changes happening with Enterprise. The location works well for me because I live close by and do not have to leave my personal vehicle on their lot while renting.
