Long Pond Medical Group

Has been my primary office for years now and I am just recently realizing the error of my ways. Medical staff who are overly swamped and underqualified. The answering service is an absolute joke. Requested urgent medical records THREE times and never got my promised call back. I will have to show up in person to see if that does the trick but this is absolutely disgraceful at this point. Beautiful office, nice staff, below average practice. EDIT: MY REQUESTS AND CONCERNS THROUGH THE ANSWERING SERVICE WERE NEVER EVEN SENT THROUGH TO LONG POND MEDICAL. MULTIPLE CALLS ABOUT URGENT MEDICAL NEEDS PURPOSEFULLY IGNORED. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS - A BUSINESS OUT FOR PROFIT. DISGRACEFUL.
