NEVER GO TO THIS PEP BOYS!!! Horrible mechanics and parts. Went in for new brake pads, noticed loud squeaking when braking. Ended up taking my car to another mechanic and found out these "brand new brake pads" had chips and holes. And this isn't even the only time I've had bad service, workmanship, and parts from Pep Boys. And their customer service is a joke. They will not give a refund and prefer you continue to take your car to Pep Boys for them to fix it. Ha! Why would I take my car back to the place that messed it up. That's the definition of insanity. Avoid all PEP BOYS shops if possible, but if you can't, never go to this one in Greece. Go to the one in Irondequoit if you must. You've been warned...
