On March 1st I went to Skin spa for the facial. During the service cosmetologist pinched the birthmark on my face with the needle. Now I have to visit dermatologist every week, and use the laser for the damaged birthmark. That's the worst salon experience in my entire life: harmful facial, no apologies from the management, no refund. Dara
