How to begin: this is my second time being exposed to this experience. I really never expected the level of compassion and attention that I received. In observing others being attended to it was obvious that this was the normal way they treated everyone. What a great feeling, knowing that you’re in capable hands. My wife’s twin sister has a hip replacement and attended PT at a different facility (not NYT) and absolutely hated it. I cannot stress the importance of having a caring staff that has a huge sense of humor.
