CrossFit Park Ave

I was in town for a couple of days and called to see if I could drop in. They were very welcoming and gave me the go ahead. My CF experience is limited to a couple of months. I was really impressed over the amount of invidividual instruction the coach and members gave me. Very capable and friendly place.....highly recommended! Thanks.
