The Sun Has STOPPED Rising!
My husband and I have been looking into getting an inground pool installed and came across Sunrise Pool and Service and their great reviews online. I emailed them twice and never received a response so my Husband decided to call them.....well that was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE!
The gentleman that answered the phone stated they are completely booked for the 2018 season. My husband mentioned we didn't mind waiting until 2019 if necessary. The gentleman then stated they were booked through August of 2019 and blew off my Husband. He actually recommended we contact North Eastern Pool & Spa as they install a lot more pools than Sunrise can. My husband had mentioned that I emailed them several times and never received a response. My husband was told they get hundreds of emails a day and have no way of answering them and just continued to blow him off. Mind you, this is Rochester, NY not sunny Florida! I can't imagine they are receiving hundreds of emails a day regarding pools/service! If they are, they need to hire someone to check those emails! There could be a lot of lost business/money in them for your company!
What a disgrace for a company to have an attitude like that! A business owner should never recommend that you go elsewhere to spend your $50K-$70K. If you don't have the time and resources to obtain more business and yet you're booked for 2 years straight, there's a serious issue! This is not a company/owner that I would ever want to hire to install a pool or do any type of pool maintenance/service.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star and I guess that's okay because they did recommend North Eastern to us! All I can say is for anyone reading this, go directly to North Eastern and don't waste your time with these LOSERS!
