I spoke with a man over the phone, not sure who it was, but first he hung up on me and when I called back purposely ignored my call. When I finally got a hold of him later that day he was as rude as can be and all I wanted was to ask a question. He yelled at me and told me I was wasting his time when I had a legitimit question about the services his company performed. I suppose the customer isn't allowed to ask questions at this place. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere, no wonder their Albany store closed.
