Wells Fargo Bank

Worst bank of all time - worst private banking of all time. Most useless web and mobile applications of all time. Commercial banking failure. My wife and I moved all our retirement, brokerage and checking accounts ($400k+) and assets to Wells Fargo after getting a mortgage through the bank. The "private bank" (Whitney Palmer) was useless and infuriating to deal with. Fee after fee after fee. The private banker here would not even return our calls. We ended up on the phone with callcenters throughout the country and abroad any time we wanted to complete a simple banking task - is that what one is supposed to get with $400k in assets at a bank? We've closed all our accounts and moved them back to Chase. What an infuriating experience - it would have been tolerable if the private banker (whitney palmer) had lifted a finger to maintain the relationship - but no dice.
