Steve Madden

The young girls working there lack customer service--very rude and inexperienced in retail. I love Steve Madden but going to this store is a burden--I'd rather order online instead of dealing with their abhorrent attitudes. Also this store tends to not have a lot of shoes in stock--it is one of the smaller stores.
