I believe it may be lobster bisque rather than seafood bisque, but regardless of what is it's name, it's the absolute best I have ever had and has been for 20yrs! I have traveled to Maine, Martha's Vineyard, the Outer Bank's of North Carolina and have yet to find a close comparison. Their menu has endured many transitions between ownership renovation, expansion and has survived in tact, and every dish I have eaten there has consistently been very good. Service can be a little slow. However, the crowd's can be very heavy!
