Got a great deal for a Chevy Bolt which was advertised on their website. I had negotiated over the phone with the salesperson what my out of pocket amount and my monthly payments would be because I couldn't put down more than $2000 down, and had them email me the 'deal'. When I got there the contract was an extra $300 and my payments were a little more than discussed. The sales manager came and told me he would 'honor the deal' but that I had to pay the extra $300. (which is strange bc honoring the deal would be honoring what they sent me i writing) However, before that he tried to put the blame and humiliate the salesperson in front of my friend and I which was awkward, totally unprofessional and rude. Then they harassed me about my current lease bc it was part of a rebate which I was not notified about. In the end it felt like I was being bullied by the sales manager. All in all I felt cheated, I was excited about getting the car and this situation ruined my experience. I'm pleased with the car and the deal I got but the shady tactics employed by the dealer pissed me off.
I had a great experience @ Victor Chevrolet. My salesman was awesome! The vehicle I purchased was clean and ready when I came to pick it up. No haggling back and forth, I got an unbelievably low price right from the start. Very pleased with the vehicle and the outcome. Will definitely go back soon and recommend to friends.
