I had the worst experience with Dominoes in Roslyn they have the worst customer service.
I called to order directly from their website number not realising that I needed to call the port Washington one because that's the town I was in. The guy who took my order did not bother to tell me I was placing an order out of town when I have him the address to be deliver. After telling me 20 to 25mins for my delivery their driver calls telling me he is lost and doesn't tell me exactly where he is. I call dominoes back to ask what's going on and decided then to tell me that the dominoes I called was in Roslyn and that it would take 45mins to be delivered kept changing the timing when I told him he should of told me when I placed the order and didn't care that I waited an hour for my delivery and was very rude that he also said he would not offer anything free for my delivery being late and because there was a misunderstanding. My family and I always order dominoes and and had never had to deal with such a nasty person. They should communicate with customers better.
