If you shop here ask for Jeremy - he put a smile on my face from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to when I came in and bought the beautiful bag he put on hold for me. ALL the staff was friendly and helpful, but Jeremy is special - and he not only took care of me exceptionally well but thrilled my 9-year old twin girls by talking to them and entertaining them while I shopped as well. Michael Kors - always loved his stuff, but Jeremy should be his right-hand man when it comes to service and making a customer feel like they are VIP!
