The entire staff mosies around like they work at McDonald's while sick patients are waiting around neglected for hours. It's also filthy. I'm talking pee on the toilets and all over the floor. Literal garbage lying around. Doctors and nurses arguing right in front of patients. If you care about HIPAA, you'll be the only one in here who does.
