Bronx Fit Body Boot Camp

I sincerely thank Butch for always pushing me and making me go the extra mile. I live in Queens and literality live around the block from 2 different gyms, but I choose to go over a bridge and pay the tolls to attend the boot camp there. from the ambience to the coaches you really got a great atmosphere to motivate you and to keep you going. when the coach texts you to check on you to see why you didn't show up that really counts for something.. you don't get that anywhere!! look no more this is the spot if you wanna get FIT

I gave it 3 stars because, I believe that the attitude of one employee should not reflect on other instructors. With that said, I want to start off that the classes that I took were great. However, I don't like being treated like a child, or talk down to. Yes, I was 1 min late to class, but that does not give you permission to talk nasty to me or to anyone. You don't know my schedule and how late I worked the day before. Please remember that you are not dealing with children, but with working adults. There's a reason why I can only make the 5:30 am class and not the 6am class. I attended the class dedicated to make a change for myself, and I was completely turn off with the attitude. No one should ever talk down to you, especially when you paid for the class. I understand that losing one client/customer is not important to you, but please keep in mind that some people make sacrifices to paid for the classes, because they believed in themselves and in you to help them make a healthy decision. Verbal attack is not acceptable!!! The trainer told me, you can leave but you will never do it without us (camp). I'm glad that you're proud of your work, but was disappointed with that attitude. I stop attending, and yes it took me longer to get it done, but I did it. Please keep in mind that you may be dealing with people who are going thru some personal issues and wanted to forget about their problem for at least 45 minutes, you took that away from me. I want to wish you the best, because I have heard great things about your fitness classes, and the many life you have changed, unfortunately I was not one of those life that you was able change!
