Sprint Store

I used to go to this store anytime I needed a new phone or help with something, and was always pleased with their service. Sadly, I will no longer give them my business. I called to ask a few questions and was quickly rushed off the phone before I could even ask my second question. So I called back, and the man replied like this: "call back later I have 2 people in here and the phones ringing ringing ringing call back later", and then he hung up. Pretty sure I'm a customer too. As someone who's worked in retail before, I know what it's like when you're working alone and a group of people walk in at the same time that the phones are ringing...it's very overwhelming, I get it...but I would NEVER speak to a customer like that. Too bad, it was so close and convenient.
