East Tremont Dental Associates

My entire family and I (spouse & 3 Kids) have been with this office for well over 10 Years. The entire staff is professional and courteous. You hardly ever wait. The office is amazingly clean. And both Dr Josen and Dr. Steinberger are amazingly good and caring. The entire family always enjoy our time at East Tremont Dental.

Who are writing these reviews? I came here and had a TERRIBLE experience. When I first called, the staff told me that they accepted my insurance and that I would pay upfront but would be refunded the total amount. I went in, wrote down my insurance information and then they called me back to see the dentist. They placed me in a room where one of the tools was leaking fluid onto my seat. The dentist was rude and speaking over me instead of listening. After I was done with the dentist, the front desk told me that i actually would NOT be getting a refund. They THOUGHT I had a different insurance plan. I spoke to the dentist about resolving the issue and he said "You're not getting you're money back." He told me I should appreciate the job he did for me. Unbelievable. Don't come here.
