They have to be the rudest and the most unhappy people in the world working there. I have been going there for the last 20 years and I am definitely going to find a new place. Every time I go I am made to feel like a burden.

I waited 45 minutes for my appointment (picked out my glasses during this time), did a 15-20 minute exam, waited another 20 minutes to "cash out" which only took 5 minutes. They were taking people who just walked through the door opposed to someone who was there already for over an hour (I arrived 10-15 minutes early). I thought the staff was nice but honestly they didn't care that people were there for much longer than they should have been. I had to go to the front desk to ask how much longer it was going to take and that's when they put me as a priority. I came back around 6pm because they said my glasses would be done after 3:30pm and was told it was a 20-30 minute wait because there was only one employee doing the glasses fitting. Came back at 7:30pm and waited only a few minutes to get my glasses fitted. I left and my glasses didn't feel right so as I was sitting in my car, I noticed that they were completely crooked on my face and also noticed multiple small scratches on the lenses. I didn't notice it at first because when the employee "cleaned" them it was like he washed them with a dirty tag because the lenses were completely smeared. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning. Some advice... Hire more people. The phones were ringing off the hook and being 45 minutes behind on appointments is a little excessive. Not to mention, only ONE person (excluding the front desk guy)taking care of customers during the only time most people are able to run errands! That's crazy! From your reviews this happens frequently.
