Drove the car in for a tire change and car came back with a bent control arm so bad that the tire was tilted 20degrees. Paid for part and labor and wasn't given an apology or any reason as to why it was bent. A professional shop doesnt hand you back an inoperable car. Piss poor customer service as well.
