Disrespectful & rude. Called 4 x before visiting dealership with no answer & no return calls. Arrived 2 hours before closing & being there & looking at truck for over a half hour, guy decides he has an emergency & has to leave. Emergency I understand, but if he would of taken care of us in the 1st half hour, we may have purchased the truck from him. Just wanted to hear truck run. He he was still there at least 20 minutes after emergency. Drove 2 hours to see the truck!
