My best friend and I came to this nail salon two days before her wedding with the entire wedding party. One of the nail technicians who was doing a regular French manicure did a very sloppy/rushed job on the bridesmaids nails. In which she told him she did not like it and he started arguing with her. Then he said I can redo it, but after her unpleasant experience with him, she asked him to just take it off. When it came time to pay, the bridesmaid refused to pay, in which the cashier started raising his voice saying that they will redo her nails and then she will pay. The bridesmaid kept on saying no, she did not want anything to have to do with this place. I then stepped in, seeing as both the bridesmaid and bride were very upset, in which the man told me to “stop talking” at this point he was actively yelling. This was a terrible and traumatizing experience with people that pressure you to do a gel manicure instead of a regular manicure. And if you don’t like something, they just argue with you and still make you pay for it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
