Dr. Cynthia Ferrelli

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She was rude on the phone while scheduling my visit, I chalked it up to someone haveing a bad day. Got to the office and the receptionist and nurse were so disrespectful that I just left without seeing the doctor. I would stay away from this place unless you think you could make it through the gauntlet to actually see the doctor!
