I was looking online for a monitor locally. Google pointed me to this store though it wasn't open yet. So i called anyhow. Sure enough Andy the man in charge picked up and took the time to check if they had one in stock and put it on hold for me. It's always appreciated when an asscociate checks the physical inventory and not the POS(point of sale)system. I understand sometimes these systems do not show updated inventory but Andy was sure to not allow this possible trip to be unfruitful.
