I thought I finally found a place that I can go to for my own personal needs and for me as a technology teacher. What a let down... I went in for a school rocket project for my students. Bought a bunch of rocket stuff and blatantly asked the clerk if I could return it after their 7 day policy because I won't know if it will work out by then. The clerk said no problem as long a nothing is opened. I even made it clear that it could be a month and he said just don't open it. So I bought it. A month later I go to return everything and the owner flat out says no it's past 7 days. I explained the situation and told him that school funds were used and that I could get written up. He laughed in my face and what school is that? This is one of the worst business owners I ever had to deal with. The lack of compassion and understanding is insane. He could have had an account for life with my school but now all he has is his bad attitude, terrible business practice and one less costumer. Never go here. Go to Willis hobbies. Unless you want your 3yr old daughter and your day ruined. Oh yea my daughter was with me as he ignored me and put his terrible attitude on display.
