Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Absolutely horrible service!!!! Waited 45 min from start to finish.....I was the first one waiting in line and they let two cars doing oil changed next to me go first. They were gone whill I was still waiting for all the techs to stop talking about personal stuff and realize they haven't started on my car. No regards for customer service
