Great sale and very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. My wife and I have been customers here for many years and as you see I initially gave them 5 stars but my past 2 visits we unfortunately had the same male employee who on the first of our last 2visits was not helpful and downright rude. He was disinterested in answering our questions and just walked away from us. Today we asked for help with a specific plant and the woman who helped us was nice but admitted that she wasn't knowledge enough so she called for another employee. Unfortunately it was the same rude employee from the previous time and he grudgingly answered 2 questions then picked up a bottle of plant food and said buy this. We hesitated for a minute in which time he slammed the bottle back on the shelf and rudely walked away.
