I called geico to get a auto quote, they gave me a low price on the phone but when my policy came in the mail it was much higher. I called them back and i could not speak to the person who sold me the policy and they said there was nothing i can do. I decided for now on i have to have a agent. Thats were these guys came in. I saw their office on Sunrise Hwy. Their window showed many insurance companies in it. I went inside and spent a little while with a agent, "a real live agent with a name" we reviewed my policy and then he went into his computer and gave me rates from a bunch of different companies. In the end I got a better rate then Geico origionally told me and now i have a real person i can call or come in and see anytime. I do not know why anyone would ever settle for less. I will give them my Homeowners and Boat insurance when they come up for renewal.
