I had a scheduled appointment on Tuesday 11/15 at 4 pm. I arrived at 3:55 and filled out 3 pages of paperwork. I handed in the paperwork at 4 pm and paid my $20 co-payment. Without prompting the receptionist informed me it would be about 15 minutes. I sat down and waited. One hour later I had seen 2 people out of the approximately 10 patients called in. I went up and saw the same receptionist and asked how much longer because I would be having a child care issue in 45 minutes she told me , after one hour, that there were 2 people in front of me. The same person that volunteered that my wait would be 15 mins 60 minutes ago. I advised here I was leaving, having wasted an hour of my time. I came to this office after being a patient of DR. Feder. His Woodbury office was run much more efficiently and respectful of patients time. Dr. Germanos receptionist also advised me that it was usual practice for this doctor to run an hour late on appointments. I have zero interest in going to an office that is so disrespectful of people's time. I will be sharing this review with friends and coworkers as well as anywhere I can post a review on line.
