I don't know about the other reviews but this shop was rude on phone. I called to inquire about the price of three services. When i called back to make an appointment afterwards, i asked if i can wait there for the car instead of dropping it off. The guy told me no and not to call back. He told me I called enough times and hung up on me. This type of behavior is not acceptable when someone calls to inquire about a service and to make an appointment. There was no reason to behave that way towards me. Good to see their behavior before i actually went there, i will stay away from this place. I do not recommend this shop to anyone from my experience.
