MINI of Freeport

Buying experience was good with Sophia Jones, they were responsive and quick with handling the paperwork. It's also a plus they're open on weekends but it was a little disappointing they didn't have both my vehicle keys waiting for me on pick up day. It wasn't a big deal if they were going to mail me another key but the one mailed, doesn't work. I've tried programming it as per the dealers instructions but no success. They were responsive in my purchase of the vehicle but now they already have my money, they won't even return my calls to get the key fixed!
