If I could leave a quarter of a star I would. This is the worst parking experience I've ever had. We showed up to the parking lot to the one attendant dealing with a customer who's car they lost yes that's right they lost a car. We were there for almost an hour before they even loaded our luggage in the shuttle we then waited for another 10 minutes for the driver to come out. If it wasn't for the fact that our flight was delayed we would have missed our flight altogether due to this parking lot we were there two hours prior to our flight leaving did not get to the terminal until after our flight should have left thank God for the delay. The one good thing is that the driver was pleasant and humorous and I'm sure it wasn't his fault it seems like they're understaffed. The story doesn't end here when we will return to JFK we contacted them as soon as we got through customs as directed. We then waited over 2 hours for the shuttle to come pick us up from the airport to bring us back to the parking lot. If this doesn't give you a good idea the other thing I noticed is that they had a Bentley parked right next to the only shovel path going to the office so that everybody that walked in and out could see that someone with a Bentley brought their car there , but what I see is them putting a very expensive car next to a high traffic area. Is that was my car I would be pissed. They didn't even have a computer to put customer information into everything was written in notebooks.Don't ever Park your car here you're better off staying home all together.
