Had to use their services under contract of the shelter I got my cat from, in another state. Small place, hard to find. Nice desk service once you're there, but the technicians act as if the owner's don't know anything. Same thing when talking on the phone. My cat got spayed and they gave her a cone that was 4x the size she needed and poorly cut it. No pain medication was offered or suggested, and our kitty was in a lot of distress. Didn't even go over what to expect after the surgery, just gave a discharge paper and that's it. Never called to check up on her.
