Work is OK, prices are reasonable, but very unprofessional owner. Employees are OK, nothing special, same lack of communication skills in dealing with customers but that is typically management's responsibility. Owner doesn't have a voice mail on his cell phone (the number he provides for customers) and if he does answer or call you back he is typically abrupt and/or rude. There are plenty of other capable landscaping and masonry companies that do great work AND treat you well. Go elsewhere.
