First, there was some associates who were rude. Examples associates like Jalisa and Latoya.They argued with me when i asked for assistance. It was all better when i approached the register. Associate Christian, Gave the best customer service and answered all the questions that came to mind. Second the return policy was regardless no returns just excahnge on items that are so plain. All dark colors nothing upbeat, i had to exchange a skirt for something i didnt even want. Like that needs to be addressed. The managers also didnt look like they knew what they were doing. This store isnt H&M its a ghetto rundown of it.
