Hollywood Nails

Very in professional.. as my friend and I went in today asking for gel powder which they do not have but proceeded to say they did. The lady pulled out acrylic powder and argued with me that it wasn't acrylic that you did dip it and just put the gel polish over the powder... as my friend did have this done before she accepted it thinking it would be like her previous experience. However in the end they just gave her a gel polish and when we told them that's not what we wanted that we wanted the powder the lady had said she told us we did not need that that this does the same and that gel powder is bad for our nails... very unimpressed and now my friend has spent money on something she didn't want and has to go get them redone so her nails don't break. Worst experience ever so upset they blatantly lied to our face just to receive our business
